I will be gone in December and looking for a male student to take over my spot in a 3 bed / 1 bath apartment for the Spring 2027 semester.
The apartment is fully furnished, newly renovated, and is ~200 ft from ECE building. It’s also directly on the Wright & Stoughton bus route.
Rent: $890/month (includes base rent + all utilities)
Roommates: Two male students
