Hi everyone! I’m an exchange student from Yonsei University in South Korea heading back home after the Fall 2026 semester, and I’m looking for someone to take over my room at JSM The Station for Spring 2027 – August 10 2027.
This is a brand-new building completed in August 2026, so we are the very first tenants! Everything from appliances to furniture is practically brand new and in pristine condition.
📍 Location: JSM The Station (505 S 5th St, Champaign, IL 61820)
- Prime Campustown location just steps away from Green St.
- Far enough from bars/nightlife so it stays very quiet and peaceful at night.
- Close to Niemanns for quick grocery runs.
- 5-min walk to MTD bus stops / ~10-min walk to the Illini Union.
🛏️ Unit & Room Details: 4 Bed / 4 Bath (Private Bedroom & Private Bathroom)
- Comes with a spacious private bathroom for total privacy.
- Personal TV included inside the bedroom!
- The room does not share a wall directly with the living room or in-unit washer/dryer, providing great sound insulation and extra privacy.
📅 Lease Term:
- January 2027 – August 10 2027 (Full lease preferred)
- Spring 2027 only is also negotiable!
- ⭐️ Available for early move-in as early as December 17, 2026 — December rent is 100% FREE! You only start paying rent from January 2027.
💵 Rent & Fees:
- Rent: $1,200 / month
- Utility: $124 / month (everything included)
👭 Roommates:
- 3 clean, respectful, and friendly girls (2 UIUC juniors, 1 grad student). Everyone respects personal boundaries and quiet hours. (Female only)
🏢 Amenities:
- Fully Furnished (includes in-unit washer & dryer, individual bedroom TV)
- Vibrant clubhouse lounge, fully-equipped fitness center, quiet study center, and outdoor courtyard.
