I'm looking to sublease my room in this house for the spring semester, the rent is 525/month. The room doesn't have a closet, but there is a hallway closet that you can use to store stuff, and I have a clothes rack that you can use to hang clothing in the room!
The house is fully furnished, comes with an in unit washer and dryer, is about a 10 minute walk to the engineering quad, and all the roommates are cleanly and do their fair share of chores around the house. Two of the other roommates are in a band and will be practicing about once or twice a week at the house.
