Now leaving for grad school, I am subletting my bedroom at the Linc. It is a bedroom with a private bathroom attached inside a 3B3B apartment. We have smart TV, in-unit washer/dryer, dish washer, microwave, stoves, oven, and fridge. The base rent is $600/m, with utility fees calculated separately (roughly $60/m). Moreover, around the leasing office, we have fitness center, study lounge, and outdoor swimming pool, all included in rents.
