Both my roommate and I are looking for someone to sublease our bedrooms in our 2B/2B unit in January 2026. We are exchange students who rented the apartment for a full year.
Our apartment is fully furnished. We have equipped the apartment with all the essentials - dishes, shower curtain, towels, etc. The apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer and we have access to the rental company's gym.
Rent: $840 per person plus utilities. We are willing to negotiate and pay one month's rent!
