A bus stop is right in front of the apartment complex with service for 4 major bus routes. County Market is within 5 minutes walking distance. It is a very quite environment to live in. Washer and Dryer are available in the complex. Rent is $583 and includes parking. Utilities are pretty affordable, I usually pay around $25 for water and $40 for electricity. Internet and cable outlets are available. There are no other second or third units available in the complex. The Unit will be available in August, move in date can be flexible.
It is a perfect location if you dont have a car. I am an international student and I didn't have a car. You can get almost anywhere in Champaign-Urbana and around campus by walking, biking or taking the bus.
