I'm looking to sublease my apartment for the Spring 2026 semester at Suites at Third, a student apartment building. The apartment is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom layout, and you'll have your own private bathroom inside your private room. The other three roommates are male.
Move-in: January 2026
Move-out: Up to July 2026 (flexible, let me know how long you want to stay)
Key features:
- Fully furnished room (bed, desk, chair, dresser, etc.)
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Access to a gym, study spaces, and printers
- TV in the living room
- Great location near groceries/restaurants/stores, walking distance to campus buildings, and it's right next to bus stops (free on campus).
The lease requires that I transfer it fully to the new tenant, meaning your name would be on the lease and you'd pay rent directly to the apartment management, not me. Rent is $938/month (excluding utilities), and I’m open to negotiating the price to make it work for you.
