Hi! I'm moving out of state for a full-time job, so I'm looking for someone to take over my room at Yugo Champaign South 3rd Lofts (512 S 3rd St, Champaign).
• $829/month with WiFi, water, and trash included (only electricity is extra)
• Move in as early as December 14, 2026, through July 31, 2027
• I'll cover the lease transfer fee
• Private bedroom in a 4 bed / 3 bath; you'd share a bathroom with one clean roommate
• Fully furnished common area and in-unit washer/dryer (bedroom furnished except for the bed)
• 3 roommates, all guys
• Across the street from County Market, short walk to Green St and the engineering campus
• Garage parking available for an extra monthly fee
