Looking for a roomate from august to finals in december for $350 a month plus utilities. Rent is usually 400 plus utilities, so this is a deal! Unit has a dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer. Three roomates are two girls and one guy, so either gender is welcome as long as you are nice!
