I am looking for someone, preferably a female, who can sublease during the Fall 2025 semester (August-December). The amenities of this newly remodeled and furnished apartment include 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, TVs in each bedroom and living room as well as the kitchen, private balcony, wooden floors, both onsite and in-unit laundry, a desk in each bedroom, off street parking, private patio, wireless internet, and more. In total, the rent is calculated to be about $830 a month (including utilities). I can explain the distribution of the prices (rent + utilities) once contacted.
To give a rough idea about the location of the apartment, it is located on S. Sixth Street. The apartment is a block from the Engineering quad, about a 2-3 minute walk to the bus stop, about a six minute walk to the Illini Union.
Going back to my roommates, you would share the apartment with three other females, who are all very kind. If you are an exchange student coming here for a semester, they are willing to show you around and help you get adjusted here. The same goes for non-exchange students–they are very friendly and welcoming, always happy to offer help and create a comfortable living environment.
This being said, I would like to add that we are no partiers, so you would expect no parties happening in this apartment.
