    Hi! My roommate Emma and I are looking for two girls to take over our leases for 2bed/1bath in a 4bed/2bath apartment unit :))

    Location: East Armory Ave (next to ike and surrounded by 4 bus stops. Less than 10 minute walk from main quad)

    Lease Term: Spring 2025 and Summer 2025 (January - July)

    The rent will be $735 per month, per person

    • We have two current girl roommates, both juniors, who are staying through the end of the school year. They are super friendly and excited to meet you :) 

    Details: The whole apartment comes fully furnished and also includes:

    • Balcony

    • In-unit washer dryer 

    • Full fridge and a mini fridge

    • Attached parking lot 

    • Supplied WiFi

    • JSM fitness center access

    • 24/7 maintenance and security system
