I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for one bedroom in a 2 bed / 1 bath apartment with balcony at Yugo Lofts on 3rd, across from county market and close to campus. The rent is $836/month + utilities, and the apartment offers secure entry and bike storage with the option to buy a parking space. There is one male roommate, he is very friendly and respectful.
