I am looking to sublease my room for the Spring 2026 semester, as I will be studying abroad. I am looking for a female student, my other 3 roommates are females and are juniors! They are great people and amazing roommates.
Rent is $825 a month, and includes all utilities (electric, water, WiFi, etc)
The unit is 4 bedrooms and 2 bath.
Bedroom fully furnished with full bed, desk and chair, ceiling fan, and window shades. Each bedroom also connects to our side balcony.
Living room and kitchen is also fully furnished. Living room has a working TV, 2 couches, end tables, coffee table. Kitchen has all appliances, including a blender, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and in unit washer/dryer. We also have silverware, plates, pots/pans, cups, etc-basically anything you could need in a kitchen.
Our unit has a big balcony in the living room that is very spacious, and the location is very convenient as well. Just one block away from the ARC, and we have multiple bus stops near that offer various different bus routes.
