Hi!! I'm looking for a female to live in a 4 bed 2 bath apartment in the spring!
My rent has a discount that most Rive apartments do not have -> $850/month + utilities (usually $30-40/month)
(normal priced rent $1055, soooo it's a steal)
The Rive
212 E Green St Champaign, IL 61820
Fully furnished
Queen sized bed
32" TV
Outside view
Washer + dryer included
no need to buy any appliances, silverware, dishes, etc!!
Please message me with any questions, I'm happy to answer all of them :)
Location is right on Green (so convenient), and roommates are all girls and super sweet !! (Great way to be welcomed on campus if you're a transfer student). I'm studying abroad so I need someone to take my spot.
