I’m studying abroad in the spring and want to sublet my spacious studio apartment on First & Chalmers (Dec 15 - May 31). The apartment is furnished with free washer/dryer in the next building. I’m paying $895/month (+$40 electricity). It has 22/220 bus stops nearby (3-min walk)
