I am looking to sublease my room for the Spring 2026 semester, as I will be studying abroad. I am looking for a female student, my other 3 roommates are females and are juniors!
Rent is $825 a month, and includes all utilities (electric, water, WiFi, etc)
The unit is 4 bedrooms and 2 bath.
Location is one block away from the ARC, and we have multiple bus stops near that offer various different bus routes.
