Hello! I am subleasing my apartment room on E Green St, Champaign, for the Spring 2026 term. Since the room is 4bed 3bath, you will end up having your own bathroom. We have all appliances & furniture included from in unit washer/dryer, vacuum, big fridge, microwave, air fryer, stove, oven, etc. Fully furnished, and I will also be leaving some cleaning supplies. My room also has an attached balcony.
We are about a 13 minute walk from Grainger Quad, and the 5 Green runs every 10 minutes from right outside the apartment.
Rent is 720, but negotiable.
3 studious & neat male roommates in CS & EE.
Since this is on Green St, it is very close to many amenities such as County Market and Green St restaurants. The apartment building also has a gym included, and needs security fob access to enter & use elevators.
Apartment maintenance is also great and arrives in a timely fashion. I will say that this apartment is extremely comfortable, and feels like a home. It is a great place to live.
