I am looking to sublease my studio apartment at 209 E University Avenue for the summer (May 15th-August 2nd)! The apartment is fully furnished and has an in-unit washer and dryer and huge windows that get a lot of natural light. Close to a bunch of bus stops (Second and University, White and Second, White Street Mid-Block), County Market, walking distance to Green Street, and a few cafés on First Street.
Rent is $940 with utilities included and a $40 cap on electricity but I haven't picked a sublease price, it can always be negotiated.
