Hi! I’m graduating from UIUC in December and am looking for someone to sublease my entire private furnished studio at E Chalmers St, for Spring/Summer 2027.

    • Availability: January 1 – July 31, 2027
      Rent: $1,300/month — negotiable
Apartment: Entire private studio — no roommates
Location: E Chalmers St, Champaign, near UIUC campus
Floor: 4th floor with elevator access
      Management: University Group

The studio comes furnished and includes a private bathroom, full kitchen, stainless-steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, fiber internet, secure digital entry, and elevator access. The building also has a package room, collaboration space, and yoga room.

This could be a good fit for an exchange, international, visiting, or returning UIUC student who needs their own apartment for Spring 2027 without roommates.

I’m flexible on price for a serious applicant who can take the full Jan. 1–Jul. 31 period. Happy to answer questions or arrange an in-person/video showing.

The sublease will be completed officially through University Group. The prospective sublessee will submit University Group’s rental application and complete their approval/credit-check process. Payments are made through University Group rather than privately to me.
