I have a studio apartment available on E. John Street (a building built last year). It is located close to the Quad, Green Street, and all class buildings. It also comes fully furnished and with a large walk-in closet and bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and TV. I currently pay $1300/month (which includes utilities), but I am willing to negotiate price!
