Hey everyone! Looking to sublease my one bedroom and private bathroom in a 4 x 4 at Green Street Towers for Spring 2027. Apartment is completely furnished and is in the middle of campus, so near all of the bus stops and restaurants.
I currently pay $974.75 for rent and utilities, but willing to negotiate this price. BONUS: their is another room available in this unit for sublease if you are looking with a friend.
