Hi! My roommate and I are looking to sublease our 2 private rooms and 2 private bathrooms in a 4bed/4bath apartment. The address is on E John St in Champaign.
Details: Rent is $850 a month per person which includes all utilities (water, sewer, and electricity etc). WiFi is free. Laundry is in unit. The apartment is fully furnished and we also have a huge balcony with outdoor seating. Our apartment has an amazing location, 5 minute walk to the quad and bus stop nearby!
It would need to be female upperclassmen only as the unit will have 2 other super sweet girls that will be seniors. One is a Mechanical Engineer and the other is a double major in psychology and HDFS that’s also a D1 athlete.
The apartment is really clean and the rooms are spacious. We are on the fifth floor so we have no upstairs neighbors and it’s very quiet.
