Rent is 835 + electric bill ($30 monthly). All other utilities are included. The other roommates are all incoming seniors and are all very organized, friendly, and clean (you'll definitely have a tidy house)!
It is directly across the Main Quad+Engineering Quad (where most classes are) and right on Green Street (where all the restaurants and shops are). Located next to the bus stop for all major bus lines.
