Hey everyone! Looking to sublease my one bedroom and private bathroom in a 4 x 4 at The Suites at Third for Spring 2027. Apartment is completely furnished and is right by Green St, so near all of the bus stops and restaurants.
I currently pay $994 for rent and utilities, but I'm willing to negotiate this price.
