Hello! I am looking for a male student to take over my lease in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at The Rive on Green Street. The unit itself faces the inner courtyard, so it is actually really quiet and has a nice view while still being right in the middle of everything. It is a super convenient location because you are right next to all the main restaurants and bars, and it only takes about 10 minutes to walk over to the main quad for classes.
The original rent is $979 a month, but I am discounting it down to $750 a month and will cover the difference myself just to get it filled quickly. The building has some great amenities too, including a 24-hour gym so you don't have to worry about campus recreational hours. The lease ends in July, so I am willing to also negotiate prices around this time.
