Rent is $780/month but I'm open to negotiating. The unit is spacious and comfortable. The room has a large walk-in closet and a shared patio, and the living room has high ceilings. I'm open to offers for fall, spring, or for a full-term lease.
This is a 3 bed and 2 bath, but one roommate is currently working out of the state so she won't be in the unit much, and the third roommate is extremely friendly, smart, and neat.
