is anyone looking for an apartment to sublease in the spring ? It’s 3 blocks away from Lion and 10 minute walk from the quad. I have a balcony connected to my room . I have 3 other girl roommates. Or if anyone is dorming and wants to break their contract , i’m willing to contribute to the cancellation fee. I pay $500 per month. Utilities not included but it’s no more than $70 for water and electricity together. I can provide pictures if needed or you can come see the apartment.
