I’m studying abroad Spring 2027 and am looking for a female UIUC student to take over my individual lease at The Rive, 212 E. Green Street.
Rent: $900/month

Lease through: July 25, 2027

My current rent is $995/month, so I’m offering the apartment at a discounted rate for the remainder of the lease.
This will be handled as a formal lease replacement/takeover through The Rive, not an informal arrangement where you simply pay rent to me. The replacement resident will go through The Rive’s approval and paperwork process.
The Rive is one of the best student apartment options at UIUC and is in an amazing location right on Green Street. The apartment is fully furnished, with a queen-size bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, TV in the bedroom, furnished living area, full kitchen with dishwasher, and other apartment features.

Parking also available: I have a dedicated parking space nearby through JSM at 105 E. Green Street. The parking agreement runs through August 5, 2027 and can potentially be transferred separately with JSM approval. Ask me if you’re interested in the parking as well.
You can take possession as early as December 15, which is perfect if you want to move before winter break or be completely settled before the Spring semester begins.
