I am Georgia, I am looking to sublease my room in a 3-bed 1-bath apartment this summer (from mid-may until end of July, or any time in between). Both my roommates (1 male, 1 female) will be gone for the summer, and will not be subleasing their rooms. My apartment is west of the engineering quad and includes a hotel-style bathroom, a bus stop across the street connecting to the Brown, Teal, Red, and Yellow bus lines, internet, trash, sewage, renovated kitchen, and a television. Rent + water and electric is typically about ~630-660 monthly cost depending on water and electricity usage.
