I'm looking for someone to take over my Tower at Third lease for Spring 2026. The lease term would be from 1/1/2026 to 7/26/2026, but you can move in as early as December 21st if you want. The rent is $799/month, which is $30 lower than the rate for new residents. And the monthly rent includes all utilities except water, which typically costs around $5/month. The unit is 2 Bed - 1 Bath A. The roommate I'm currently living with is really nice and chill, so I doubt anyone would have any trouble living with him.
