Hi! I'm subleasing my apartment at the Rive Champaign (E. Green St.) for the spring 2026 semester (January-May) and/or summer 2026 (May-July). It's a 2 bed 2 bath with a female roommate. The bedroom comes with an attached bathroom and is on the second floor (the bedroom on the right side of the layout below). The Rive has great amenities like a gym, in-unit laundry, and and a courtyard. The unit is fully furnished and I can leave behind my kitchen supplies and additional furniture in the common space.
