- It's a 4x4 apartment, so you will get your own bed and bath (bathroom is inside the room!)
- It's fully furnished (couch, TV, bed, desk, table, etc..)
- Has reliable maintenance
- Current roommates are very friendly and clean
Great location, about a 10-minute walk to the union or engineering quad and right off of Green St (lots of yummy food nearby)!
