Hi everyone!! My roommates and I are looking to sublease our entire apartment or individual rooms at The Rive (212 E Green Street) for the Spring 2027 semester (January-July 25th 2026). This apartment is in a prime location on Green Street, steps from the Main quad. We are each subleasing our rooms individually. The fully furnished apartment includes queen-size beds, TVs in each bedroom, a 50” living room TV, hardwood-style flooring, LED lighting, quartz kitchen countertops, subway tile backsplashes, gigabit internet, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, double fridge, stovetop with oven, and dishwasher. Building amenities include an apartment gym, private study rooms, community WiFi, a secure mailroom, and nighttime security. Rent is $929 per person per month, but willing to negotiate price cuts (the apartment accommodates 4 people)
