  I'm subletting my one-bedroom with a private bath in a 4x4 studio loft in the HERE tower, located on E Green St, Champaign, IL 61820 will be available starting January 2025. The complex comes fully furnished and includes a fitness studio, gym, and direct access to Green Street where all the best restaurants are located on Campus + much more.

  Located .5 miles away from the Main campus with direct access to the Campus bus system, a 6-minute walk from the grocery store, and in close proximity to many of the bars on campus it is a convenient intersection between everything a UIUC student might need and want.

  Rent is $850 (down from 1,050) per month or $1,050 + 2 months rent free
