I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting ~Jan 2027. This is a 1 bed, 1 bath apartment on E Gregory Drive (Champaign). It's 433 sq ft, comes furnished, and has a lot of storage space throughout the apartment.
The base rent is $840/month. Electricity & Internet are separate, and everything else is is charged as a lump sum by apartment company at $94/mo (water, trash, sewage).
