Hi! I'm looking for a female roommate to take my spot in a 4 bed/2 bath for Spring 2024. Rent was originally $700 a month, but currently I'm looking to sublet it for $560/month provided you're willing to pay for electricity and gas separately (usually an additional $30-$40 a month depending on usage). All other utilities (including water, sewer, recycling, and internet) are included with rent!
