I'll be going to China in the Spring, and it'd be amazing if someone would sublease my place!
I have one roommate who is really nice. She's clean and organized and doesn't really have that much stuff. She doesn't have parties at our place but isn't against it, she just doesn't herself. I stay up super late playing games and being loud sometimes and she hasn't said anything to me yet.
There's a queen bed and a shower-bath situation.
