Hi I'm an exchange student for the fall looking for someone to do a lease transfer when i go back home in december. there will be 3 male roommates, all uiuc students, very chill. its 800 for rent and 105 for utilities (all of them) which together is 905 a month. the room has a desk, wardrobe, bed frame and mattress; the apartment has a washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and other standard amenities; and the building has common areas, a gym, an arcade and a yoga room. if you're interested or have more questions, shoot me an email at jpfoy2@illinois.edu
