Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my studio apartment lease for Spring 2027 at 711 S 4th Street. It is a great location with it being only a block away from Green St. It is a modern apartment unit, with in-unit laundry, and a gym on the first floor. I also have a parking lease I would be able to sublease to.
