I'm looking for one female (AFAB) to take over my lease for Fall 2026. This is very last minute because I unexpectedly received a university housing assignment after I had already signed my apartment lease.

Rent: Approximately $450/month (+/- $20/month for utilities)
- Lease begins: August 1, 2026 (ASAP)
- Open bedroom is on the 3rd floor. Measures 12 × 14 (pretty spacious)
- Fully furnished apartment & bedroom
Location:
A block away from busses 5 and 13
- Right off of Green St., 5 min walk to ISR Dining Center.
