Hello! I am looking for someone interested in taking over the lease for my entire apartment for the entire Academic Year 25-26. The unit is a 3 bed, 1.5 bathroom apartment located on campus just south of Green St in Champaign. It’s fully furnished with hardwood floors, a full-sized fridge, in-unit washer and dryer, and a great balcony overlooking campus.
Rent is $750 per room per month (utilities not included). Not needed, but ideally looking for a group of 3 people to take over the whole unit.
