I'm looking to sublease my room in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom all-female apartment on E. Springfield for the spring semester. I will be moving out around December, so anytime after will work. The rent is around $670 plus electricity. I also have a parking permit that I can transfer over for no cost.
The room is furnished with a bed, a dresser, a desk, a desk chair, and it has a closet. There is also in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a TV. It’s right next to Scott Park and close to County Market.
