I am subleasing my 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment ( no roommates; you'll have the whole apartment to yourself) for the summer and fall of 2025. The rent is $1700, but I am willing to negotiate a lower price. It's a 20-minute walk from campus as it's located on East Green Street, but there is a bus stop right in front. The apartment is fully furnished and has premium amenities.
