Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for Fall 2026 (Aug-Dec) –Spring 2027 (Jan-July). A lease transfer would be preferred, as it would cover the full lease term, but I’m open to discussing a sublease if needed!!!

• 13 min walk to Grainger, 6 min walk to Siebel CS

• TV in the living room

• Oversized closets

• Need a key to access the building (safe)

• You can lock your room with the key that you receive
