Available: Now/Oct 2026 to Aug 2027
Rent: $1,400/month (discounted, but still negotiable)
The apartment is fully furnished and has a full-size in-unit washer and dryer. The building has secure entry to all doors and a secure package room.
Food and groceries are only a short <5-min walk away. It’s about a block from Green Street, a block from County Market/Niemann’s, and an easy walk to campus/Main Quad.
