Hi! I am studying abroad January 2025-May 2025, and I am looking to sublease my unit for the Spring 2025 semester. My 3 roommates and I are living in a 4x4 apartment at Legacy202, and they will all still be living there for the Spring 2025 semester. You will get your own bedroom and bathroom, but will share a kitchen, living room, and the in-unit washer and dryer with roommates.
Building/Community amenities include: Gym, rooftop lounge, courtyard, lobby w/ kitchen and coffee bar, study areas, secure mail and package room, security, elevator, covered parking, 24/7 maintenance, and food trucks on-site daily!
