South Fourth Street Sublease:
Currently looking for a sublease for my 1 bedroom in the Spring/Summer. Apartment is 4 bed/4 bath, and the bathroom is right across the hall. I have three male roommates, all juniors, who are good guys and very friendly. Two want to go to dental school, and the other to Veterinary school, so they're focused on academics but like to have fun and go out as well.
Location is close to the quad and the ARC, and the apartment has a gym. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a washer and dryer unit and all kitchen appliances. Price is $875 a month + electricity that fluctuates (less than $50 a month), but willing to negotiate.
