We’re subleasing 3 bedrooms in a 4-bedroom apartment at Gregory Towers (S Fourth Street) from January to May 2026, with the option to extend through August. Rent is $707/month per room, plus utilities (usually $40–50). The apartment is furnished and newly remodeled with hardwood floors, a multi-level layout, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, fiber internet, and each bedroom. It is in a fantastic location right next to Ikenberry Commons and a 5-minute walk from the quad. We’d prefer a group or duo, but are open to anyone. We are also subleasing one parking spot ($90/mo).
