I am looking for 1-2 males to sublease a room at the Rive located on E green street(two rooms available). You get your own room that comes with a TV as well as a shared bathroom with one other male. The apartment has a nice kitchen which comes with microwave, oven, and stovetop. The room comes with a balcony. The building has a nice gym on the first floor you have full access to. Rent is 880 but as I said it is negotiable so please reach out! The sublease is for spring with the option to extend through summer of 2026.
