Prime Location: Quiet neighborhood close to campus, just minutes from UIUC and on convenient MTD bus lines. Walkable distance to downtown Urbana, and Hmart.
Fully furnished: Move-in ready with bed, desk, dresser, and common-area furniture. (Washer and dryer at the laundry room on the same floor). Also comes with a balcony.
Rent: $600 / month (base rent, originally it's $715). You only need to pay rent for June and July, and I'll cover the cost for May. Utilities are not included, but an estimation is $35/ month for sewer/trash + ~80/ month for water and electricity
Parking: Free parking!! Private parking lot at the back of the building
